The Product Recovery System (PRS) is a state-of-the-art automated system designed by The Haselden Company to restore profits and reduce B.O.D. waste. By collecting beverage products with both high and low BRIX or Carbonation levels within the bottling process, we can guarantee increased overall efficiency.

Traditionally, bottlers have discarded product with incorrect BRIX or Carbonation Levels resulting in higher production costs and waste treatment costs. The Haselden Company has identified the problems with start-ups and changeovers incorporating residual water in the system that contribute to BRIX or Carbonation Levels going out of specification. The PRS collects the improperly blended product that would otherwise be discharged directly to the drain and carefully meters it back into the system, preventing your hard-earned profits from going down the drain.

The PRS is completely CIPable and user friendly and requires minimal training. Our patented state-of the-art system allows for a quick return on investment and is virtually maintenance free.
